Click the JOIN TODAY MUSIC BOOSTERS MEMBERSHIP button below to pay the annual $30 Fair-Share family Membership Fee for the academic year and complete the Music Booster Membership Form and Universal Permission Slip.

​You must become a Music Booster Member and complete the Universal Permission Slip before your child can participate in any Music Booster activity other than school-sponsored performances.
